Butterfly Moments will contact the appointed butterfly carer one week prior to the event to organize a time that suites both parties for delivery. In the event that the carer is unable to take responsibility and sign for receipt of the butterflies, the butterflies will be returned back to Butterfly Moments and all monies forfeited.

Once you have received and signed for the butterflies, they are to be cared for as instructed one week prior to the event. Butterfly Moments does not take responsibility for failed butterfly releases where instructions have not been adhered to.

In the event that Butterfly Moments has failed to meet the delivery time due to delay in transit, we guarantee to make a full refund of monies paid. However we are not liable for any amounts over and above what has been paid for the Butterfly Moments order.

Butterfly Moments reserves the rights to cancel orders at any time at their own discretion. If this occurs you will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid for your Butterfly Moments order.

In the unlikely event your butterflies suffer casualties please contact us immediately. Upon return of the butterflies to Butterfly Moments within 72 hours, you will be entitled to a refund of those casualties you have suffered if release butterflies are below paid numbers. As a precaution we always try to ship more butterflies than ordered, encase of casualties.

Payment is to be made by cheque, money order or direct deposit. If paying by cheque your order will be confirm once the funds have been cleared by the bank, if paying by direct debit – our bank account details will be emailed to you once your order form has been received. An email or letter will be sent to confirm your order once the funds have been cleared by the bank.

50% Deposit is required on orders over $300 and the balance payable one week prior to delivery. If payment has not been received 1 week prior to the event date your order will be cancelled and all funds paid will be forfeited. Orders under $300 will require full payment to be received upon confirmation of your order.
